Kevin and Tatiana Webster were the senior pastors of Murmansk Christian Church until September 2016 when they ordained their long-time associates and friends, Andrei and Galina Koksharov, into the office of pastor of Murmansk Christian Church. Kevin and Tatiana currently serve in the senior pastor position at Yerington Vineyard Fellowship in Yerington, Nevada. In addition to this ministry, they continue to actively be involved in missionary activities to the Russian speaking world through Restoration Missions, as well as serving in an advisory capacity to Murmansk Christian Church. 

Kevin is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he was raised. Tatiana is a native of Minsk, Belarus (USSR) but was raised during her school years in Murmansk, Russia. Kevin graduated from Eastwood Baptist High School in 1982, attended William Jewell College, Liberty, Missouri, where he received a football and an academic scholarship. During that time the Lord confirmed to him a call to missions as a pastor and teacher. He attended Rhema Bible College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, graduating from the School of Missions in 1985. From 1984 through 1990 he served in various ministry positions in both Oklahoma and Iowa. He was ordained into the ministry in 1990 and currently holds credentials with the Rhema Ministerial Association International and World Ministry Fellowship. From 1990 through 1993 he served as the pastor of Church With a Mission in Waukee, Iowa. From October 1993 through April 1995 he served as an associate director and teacher with Calvary Bible Institute in Moscow, Russia, where he helped to train ministers, many of whom now serve throughout the former Soviet Union. In April 1995 he moved to Murmansk and became the founding Pastor of Murmansk Christian Church.
